O-tai-oni

O-tai-oni is a high-content wolf-dog and arrived to the rescue on August 31, 2012. Originally named “Trinity,” O-tai-oni immediately told Stephanie her new name, which means “wolf” in the Seneca language. Stephanie and Hozho, who has since passed, drove all day to Seligman, AZ to meet with O-tai-oni’s foster mom, who drove from Nevada to deliver the precious cargo. She has adjusted well to her new environment and is learning to trust Stephanie and others more and more… a crucial part of her socialization experience.
