The Adoption of Shree
When Stephanie met wolf-dog Shree, there was an instant connection and lots of kisses. Stephanie considered adopting Shree and keeping her at Wanagi Wolf Rescue, but turned to the rescue network, who quickly found a new fur-ever family for Shree.
When and Why to Rescue
As an organization involved with the rescue of wolves and wolf-dogs, Wanagi Wolf Fund & Rescue understands that we cannot possibly be directly involved with saving every single animal that needs and deserves attention. Organizations must therefore focus their efforts.
Ms Kaylan and Wanagi Wolf Rescue are part of a wide-reaching national network of individuals and organizations who are devoted specifically to rescuing canines from dangerous and/or abusive conditions.
Over the years, Wanagi Wolf Rescue has provided direct care for dozens of wolves and wolf-dogs, and has assisted in the rescue and placement of hundreds of other needy canines.
