Shadow is the daughter of the Shunka-Shadow duo. While her father is Canadian Tundra Wolf Dog, Shadow is a gray wolf dog mix. Her coloring reflects her gray wolf heritage. She is slightly smaller than her father. Both she and her father like to announce when visitors arrive at the refuge. Shadow is very affectionate towards Stephanie. She has found that she must oversee Shadow to prevent Shunka from eating his daughter’s dinner. Shadow enjoys going for leash walks with her father, and allows volunteers to hold her leash.
