Nizhoni, (Navajo-Dine' means "One who walks in beauty"), is a Gray Wolf. She was rescued at the age of 3 (?) in 2004. When she was rescued she weighed 48 lbs. Now she's a healthly 90 lbs.

I would be willing to place her in a lovely home with someone who would enjoy taking her on gentle hikes and who could let her sleep inside with the family.

Liberty's birthday is 9/11/2000! He is a Malamute X Gray Wolf. He was rescued from the Albuquerque pound in 2005. He was taken away from an neglectful and abusive situation. At the time of his rescue he weighed 48 lbs and was just fur and bones. Today he is healthy and happy and now weighs 93 lbs. He's one healthy boy, even though he has Lupis. He receives vitamins every single day.
